For 76 years, Peninsula Players has captivated audiences with theatrical performances. September 7th, Peninsula Players opens their fall season with 'God of Carnage'. Described as "funny, biting, and very topical", this 90 minutes presentation has been awarded the Oliver Award for Best New Comedy, the Outer Critics Circle, Drama League Award and Tony Award for Best Play.

THE CLEARING DOCENT LED HIKE!

September 3, 2011 at 1 PM

Learn the history and folklore of the The Clearing Folk School while enjoying a hike around the pristine setting. This is an afternoon of free hiking tours of The Clearings historical buildings and campus led by volunteer docents. Meet at 1 PM at the Jens Jensen Visitor Center, 12171 Garrett Bay Rd., Ellison Bay.

Sister Bay's Annual MARINA FEST!

September 3, 2011 from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

Start your day at Marina Festival's "All-You-Can-Eat Great American Pancake Show & Breakfast". Kids can participate in the "Classic Woody" boat building session while adults enjoy the Classic Woody Boat Show and Classic Woody Car Show. There will be horse-drawn wagon rides and you can learn about the U.S. Coast Guard's role in the Sister Bay community. At dusk the boats light up, there's fireworks, live music and dancing!
