Eleventh Annual Corn Festival Who will be having the most fun in Door County on Saturday September 7th from 9 – 4? It’s a good bet that it will be the crowd at the Sunshine House Eleventh Annual Corn Festival who will be wearing the biggest smiles. The Corn Festival will be held at Schopf’s Hilltop Dairy: one mile east of Carlsville on County Trunk I. What will be causing all of the smiles? This year’s festival will include something for everyone. The Corn Café will be featuring brats, hot dogs, burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, corn, chips, cookies, and more. Kid’s games, walking the 20 acre corn maze, corn eating contest, pie eating contest, and tug of war are just some of the activities to participate in. The bakery, music, silent auctions and raffles are always a crowd pleaser. Special guest emcee Nick Freimuth from WBDK will be joining us to make it a fun-filled day for the entire family along with the Modern Day Drifters from 11 – 3. Proceeds from the festival benefit Sunshine House Inc. and the individuals with developmental disabilities who they serve. Please join Sunshine House Inc. for their Eleventh Annual Corn Festival. EAGLE BLUFF LIGHTHOUSE CELEBRATES

Eagle Bluff Lighthouse celebrates 50 years of welcoming visitors to the lighthouse. Activities will include a visit with a Civil War family presented by Joe Knaapen and his family. TALL SHIPS IN STURGEON BAY
Location: Sturgeon Bay in Sturgeon Bay

Nine Tall Ships will navigate into the Sturgeon Bay Canal between 3-6:30pm. (pending weather and other sailing conditions). The ships will tie up for the evening along the many beautiful public docks and waterfront walkways between the Bay View Bridge and just north of the Michigan Street Bridge, where the public is invited to view the ships.
