Connie’s Speaking, Teaching and Training
Connie was an award-winning teacher for 13 years prior to entering the real estate field, being presented with the "Teacher of the Year Award" in 1983-84 and the "State of Illinois Those Who Excel Award" in the same year.
In 1985, Connie entered the real estate world earning her company’s "Rookie of the Year Award." In 1987 after only two years in the real estate business, she was the Door County REALTOR of the Year.
Her real estate speaking debut was at the 1990 New Orleans National Convention as a participant in a "Distinguished Sales Associate Forum." In 1998 Connie was fortunate to be chosen to be interviewed by Howard Brinton, renowned real estate instructor, becoming one of his STAR POWER Stars. She has taught numerous GRI courses, as well as being an instructor at three Northern Wisconsin State REALTOR Conventions and a moderator of a STAR POWER Panel at the Wisconsin State Convention. Connie has given presentations to numerous Boards of REALTORS, Title Companies, and private organizations around the Midwest. She has been an instructor for the last 13 years at the STAR POWER Annual Conference.
In 2001, Connie was featured in REALTOR Magazine’s "Top 300 Residential Salespeople," as well as the subject of a CRS Magazine article in 2002 about top producers and their marketing. Connie, along with her husband, Bob, is co-owner and Vice President of Door County Realty, Inc. in Fish Creek, WI.
Connie has been featured in prominent magazines and publications such as "Chicago", "Moxie", "Wisconsin Real Estate Magazine" and had an article featured in the book, "All In A Day's Work".

Connie has shared her secrets to success with her fellow REALTOR competitors at the monthly Door County Board of REALTOR meetings.
