Together, they meld their virtuosities into a whirlwind of fiddle-driven music, dance, and song, combining the best of French, Celtic, bluegrass, and Cajun styles and making these traditions their own. 4TH ANNUAL FIREFIGHTER'S DANCE AND RAFFLE


Location:  Mr. G's Ballroom in Jacksonport
Dates:  11/2/2013

7pm-12am


The Jacksonport Fire Dept. invites the public to their Dance and Raffle. Live music by the Modern Day Drifters. Proceeds will benefit the Jacksonport Fire Dept. and all funds raised will be used for improving the safety of the firefighters and emergency medical responders. There will be a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle. Raffle tickets can be purchased from any Jacksonport Firefighter or EMR or by calling 920-823-2488 and at various Jacksonport businesses.

What began as a celebration and reward for the Door County tourist workers after a busy summer season has evolved into one of the largest weekend celebrations on the peninsula!  A parade, arts & crafts fair, food booths, live entertainment, and children’s activities make this a “must-do” weekend, but the real fun lies in one of the Fest’s oldest traditions – the famed Ping-Pong Ball Shoot.
