Location: Meet at Rowleys Bay Resort in Ellison Bay

The River Alliance and The Nature Conservancy join forces to explore and discover the Mink River in Ellison Bay. Fuel up with coffee and pastries at Grandma's Swedish Bakery, then travel to the trailhead. Throughout the walk, there will be discussion of a myriad of issues related to the area: the ecological impact of the county's history, river hydrology, groundwater, migratory birds, invasive species, lake level, etc. It is a 1.5 mile round trip that will take about 3 hours.
